Marine airbags are not only used at sea, they also need to be inflated. Inflation is different from normal balloon inflation. There's a lot to watch out for.
1. According to the pressure specified in the instruction manual and certificate, it is best to use the pressure gauge of special equipment to reach the specified pressure limit. Beyond this limit the balloon is likely to explode.
2, the inflation time can not be too urgent, otherwise it will cause the air bag on the side of the drum to inflate and the other side does not react, but also cause the first side to explode due to excessive pressure.
3, inflation equipment should be selected according to the size of the airbag. A normal DN200mm airbag cannot use an air pump to stop inflation. It is necessary to inflate with an inflator. Even if a large airbag must choose 0.036 cubic meters, the exhaust volume per minute is very small, and the ventilation time is about 5×10 minutes. In this way, the value of the pressure gauge is rarely observed, and the balloon explosion is not caused by sudden overpressure.
