Experiments show that with 5MPA pressure vulcanization, its wear resistance is 10%-20% higher than the general rubber Marine fender vulcanized under 2MPA. This is due to the effect that the progressive vulcanization pressure can increase the fineness of the vulcanized rubber. However, too high vulcanization pressure will also be bad for the function of rubber, because high pressure, like high temperature, will accelerate the pyrolysis of rubber molecules. In addition, the structure of the textile material will also be damaged under high pressure, resulting in decreased flexural resistance.
